One Glass of Orange Juice a Day Keeps the Doctor Away

The orange is probably the most diverse kind of fruit ever. It weighs between 100 to 150 grams, measuring around 3 inches in height. The name itself gives you the idea of what color it is. It is orange.

The orange gives us orange juice. It is very easy to prepare in less than five minutes, of course you can also buy this antioxidants juice, at the grocery store already ready to go.

If you’re interested in making orange juice from scratch – that’s easy. First, prepare two to three pieces of oranges. Peel off the skin and pick out its seeds. Then put the the peeled oranges into the blender and blend them in two to three minutes. Pour the blended orange in a glass and mix it with ice to cool. Viola! You have got yourself a healthy orange drink.

The orange is one of the best sources of vitamin C. It boosts your immune system with it’s rich vitamin C power – keeping you safe from different kinds of sickness especially from common coughs and colds. It also contains several kinds of antioxidants that fights free radicals out from your body. That’s why one glass of orange juice a day keeps the doctor away.
