Lowering Cholesterol with Fruit

Many of us today are looking for a way to lower our cholestrol. A great way for lowering cholestrol is through fruit.

Eating five servings of fruits and vegetables every day is something all of us have been told at least five times in our lives. The easiest source I have found for getting a quick serving of fruit is through a highly antioxidant fruit drink - one ounce of this stuff will take care of one serving of fruit a day. Take one in the morning and one at night and you're good to go for your fruit servings!

Increased levels of LDL cholesterol, also known as 'bad' cholesterol, are known to contribute to atherosclerosis, the narrowing and hardening of the arteries, a condition that is related to increased chances of heart attack. This can be helped by adding antioxidant fruits to your diet every day. The best and easiest source of antioxidant fruits that I have found are in a highly antioxidant fruit drink.
